Challenge
-
Absence of a centralised platform
-
Limited financial planning and analysis capabilities from existing platforms
-
Insufficient personalisation and scalability
Feature -
1. All-in-one overview of commission, prospects, AUM, and client list
2. Client overview
3. Client book and filter function
4. Client order status
Benefits - 1. Client Watchlist
Designed a client watchlist feature that empowers relationship managers to prioritise key clients at a glance — staying ahead of important activities, events, and changes to deliver proactive, personalised service before clients even ask for it.
2. All-in-One Dashboard
Built around the needs of finance relationship managers, the all-in-one dashboard brings client engagement tracking, portfolio analysis, and personalised recommendations into a single, clear view — enabling managers to strengthen relationships through design that informs every interaction.
3. Scalable UI Design System
Developed an adaptable, modular UI design system that makes cross-client integration seamless — ensuring consistent branding, reducing development time, and giving every project a scalable design foundation that grows with the business.

Wealth Cockpit x Client
How might we seamlessly integrate the client's existing platform functions into Wealth Cockpit — creating a unified experience that feels native, intuitive, and built for the way users already work?

Adaptation process-
During the process, we break down the functions into sections to improve usability. After reviewing the information architecture, we reorganize them into tabs, aligning with the existing flow. Additionally, we customize the component library, including fonts, charts, tags, labels, buttons, and icons, to ensure a cohesive and consistent look and feel throughout the application.
